All purchases made through White Coat Crew are non-refundable. Once payment is completed, it cannot be returned under normal circumstances.
However, in rare and exceptional cases, we may review refund requests if:
- Payment was successful but access to the course was not granted
- A technical error on our side prevents you from accessing the service and we cannot resolve it
📌 All refund decisions will be made at the sole discretion of the White Coat Crew team after reviewing the case.
